It was great to see so many of you over the chilly holiday weekend. As we look ahead to more snow in the forecast this week, I want to provide an update about our carpool parking plan. Here is the headline: For midweek powder days, we will only reserve Lot A for carpool-only and Lot G will be unrestricted on midweek powder days for the rest of the season.
We knew the plan wasn’t going to be flawless and we have been grateful for your patience and willingness to work with us as we rolled out the new initiative in December. The carpool plan is working well on weekends and holidays. After analyzing the first few weeks of operation and last week’s blizzard, we’ve determined that Lot A is sufficient for midweek powder days. We appreciate how many of you drive up with two or three people in your vehicles on midweek powder days (and hope this adjustment encourages it to continue). We’ll continue to reserve both Lots A & G for carpool-only during weekends and holidays.

Our goal remains to implement a plan that contributes to a smooth arrival experience at Stevens Pass, and we appreciate your ongoing support.
