Good evening all,
Every season at Stevens Pass has its own unique storyline, and this winter is no exception. Stevens Pass received 17” of water over a 5-day period, and thankfully, the resort is in good shape. We recognize many communities on both sides of the Pass are working through devastating flooding and bracing for the impact of more weather on the way. While we continue to focus on the well-being of our staff, we also want to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for our partners, including PSE, Chelan County PUD, and WSDOT, who are working around the clock to support our communities. We recognize there is a lot of speculation circulating right now – and we will continue to share updates as information becomes available and is confirmed. Highway access and reopening decisions remain under WSDOT’s direction, and like everyone who relies on the Highway 2 corridor, we are awaiting their ongoing assessments. Our teams are ready to move forward as soon as road access and weather conditions safely allow. In the meantime, please stay safe and continue to rely on our official channels for updates.
Thanks everyone,
Ellen
