Mill Valley to Open Thursday!
Thanks to recent fresh snow and the magical work of our Grooming crew, we’re excited to reopen Mill Valley (aka The Backside) Thursday 2/26. Our Ski Patrol and Lift Ops teams are putting the final touches in place so we can drop the ropes tomorrow morning.
How to get there:
While Tye Mill is currently down due to mechanical reasons, the best access to Mill Valley will be via the Double Diamond chairlift. Jupiter and Southern Cross chairlifts will also be open. Skiers and riders will be able to return to the Base Area via Skid Road and the Tye Mill terrain or Double Diamond.
A couple reminders as you get ready to explore:
Treat it like early-season conditions, because that’s what it is like. Ski and ride with awareness, stay in control, and keep an eye out for variable terrain.
The Backside is special, so please enjoy it safely and responsibly.
