Reconnect to the joys of the Cascade Crest during the summer months with a day trip along the Pacific Crest Trail. This world-renowned trail spans some of the most iconic mountainous terrain of Western America and cuts directly through the heart of Stevens Pass on its way to the Canadian border. Access the southbound trail from parking lot E, then climb through old growth forest as views of new peaks constantly reveal themselves. At the top of Big Chief mountain Cascadian Peaks encompass the skyline. On a clear day, you’ll see Glacier Peak to the North and Mt. Stuart to the southwest. Please read the PCT Association’s Current COVID-19 Statement before heading out on your adventure this summer.
